About Us
EngEd Teaching Solutions evolved from a combined 25 years of teaching STEM subjects in the government system, independent schools and specialist education organisations. We have seen the need for a renewed focus on meaningful STEM education that has a real impact on students. Established in 2024, EngEd Teaching Solutions is based in Central Victoria, and is focused on empowering teachers to deliver exceptional STEM education and learning outcomes, enabling student to pursue engaging STEM career pathways.

Andrew Cameron
Andrew is an experienced school leader. Drawing from 15 years in the teaching profession, including as Head of Mathematics and Science Faculties, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise in school project and change management.
Coming from a Telecommunication Engineering and Software Development background, Andrew also draws on policy and stakeholder engagement experience working within Parliament of Victoria.
He's passionate about connecting STEM expertise and resources from top-level policy, peak bodies and industry with sustainable and impactful teaching in the classroom.

Jackson Clayton
​Jackson is a STEM Education Consultant, Software Development Lead, and Doctor of Education candidate at La Trobe University. His expertise lies in curriculum alignment, teacher professional learning, and the assessment of 21st-century skills such as creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy. Drawing on a background in computing and digital technologies, Jackson combines technical proficiency with educational insight to help organisations strengthen their STEM capability for a rapidly changing world.
